1. Service Guarantee
We guarantee the quality and accuracy of our billing services. If errors are found that are solely due to our negligence, we will correct them at no additional cost and work diligently to resolve any resulting issues with insurance companies or healthcare providers.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that demonstrably fail to meet our agreed-upon standards or deliverables.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion or invoice date, whichever is later.
- Partial refunds may be offered for portions of services that did not meet expectations, while satisfactory portions of the service will be billed as agreed.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Setup fees, training costs, and software licensing fees are generally non-refundable.
- Consulting services that have been delivered and accepted cannot be refunded.
4. Refund Process
1. Submit a written refund request detailing the reasons for dissatisfaction.
2. Our management team will review the request within 5 business days.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
5. Service Termination
- Clients may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice.
- Pro-rated refunds may be issued for prepaid services not yet rendered, less any applicable fees.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding our services or this refund policy, we agree to enter into good-faith negotiations to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation or arbitration may be pursued as outlined in our service agreement.

Elite Intelligent Billing, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to services rendered after the modification date.
